Say I wanna use immortal call on cooldown and instead of keeping it held in is there a way to autocast it when cool down refreshes

Assign the skill to your mouse left click

Basically that's what Cwdt is there for, just keep it low lvl and it will trigger pretty often, also don't forget to link it with inc duration as well (you can fully lvl inc duration though).
