its fake dps because only external sources counts all the jewel's dps, where ingame all of them are disabled.

Shouldnt it count one of them in game use some stupid rules? Equiped gems or some shit or once you put on more than one it shits them all down. Thats crazy. But im not a doofus that tries to break rules either. If it says i can only equip one, thats what I do.

If its on poe ninja, its called fluffing dps. Because POB will actually fill in all clusters, people also throw in 10+ clusters on their build without grabbing a single point on the actual clusters.
