Need some help choosing my next build.
Last build was mediocre at everything and so I wanted to build a character for specific use only.
I like a simple yet efficient build to do something over and over again like killing mephisto in d2 over and over again.
I have around 80ex saved up

What are some activities besides mapping, and their optimized builds (for softcore no season)?
My knowledge about POE has stopped 2 years ago and as you know it's pretty deep so I'm asking for your help!

Any well geared character in non ladder should be able to handle all content, aside from a few things like uber atziri nothing really has hard abilities to work around.
