Have crafted 3. One was around 20-24ex after metacrafting, one i spent over 100ex on and never even got the craft, the other i think around 30ex.

This league is good for essences. A +1 socketed gem fractured base using Deafening essences of Zeal guarantees you 2 mods (+1/ias) with each roll, then when you hit the T1 DoT, try your luck annulling the unneeded mods off. This method is how I made the 2 bows in 20-30ex.

Alt/Aug/Regal on a fractured 19%ias base is how i blew over 100ex in alts alone and still didn't land it. Could've been bad luck, since quite a few times i hit +1 and t2 DoT, but I really wouldn't recommend this unless you're feeling lucky.
