My friend who is playing path of exile has received a warning from ggg latetly. Warning about using the api that auto messages the seller on livesearch.
He is kinda scared and wants to start with a fresh account. He has asked me if there is a way starting fresh besides ip change. So ggg won't know the new account is related to old one.

I've told him don't be full of anxiety but, he is.

why would he make a new account? if he received a warning but didnt get ban, they are already aware so he just stop using it and no more issue

also if you get banned, making a new account is not against the tos so he doesnt even have to change ip

Well i think he wants to keep using it and doesn't want to get banned on next detect (if he creates a new account i guess ggg would also apply the previous accounts warning to the new one) or i dont know.
