No you can't

Your mace have already "mana gained on kill" which is suffix. Item can have 3 Prefix and 3 suffix

1 socketed gems - Prefix
Minions deal increased damage - Prefix
Grants level 20 aspect of avian - Suffix
Can have up to 3 crafted modifiers - Suffix
Mana gained on kill - Suffix

Your suffixes are full at this point, so it's not worth to craft can have 3 crafted modifiers

There is few options:

1. Craft prefixes cannot be changed -> scour orb -> Item will come magic with +1 socketed gems, Minions deal increased damage -> Buy imprint beast and make base imprint -> Regal + annul regaled mod until you have rare mace with +1 socketed gems, Minions deal increased damage -> Craft can have up to 3 crafted modifiers -> craft + 2 supported gems and minions increased attack speed
2. Buy base with free suffixes
3. Try to get rid of mana gained kill by annul orb - this is pure RNG and can brick your item
