Been looking at some of the top miner builds and they usually have a helm similar to the one below; I figured it was just horror spam on a shaper base but CoE says it's like 17k horrors to hit even t3/2, and I figured they would be alot more than ~20 ex to make in that case. How do you hit this, is it horror spam until decent then meta/harvest?

There is no maven mods so it's just basically Essence of horros spam until Inc aoe + Blastchain mine. Remove/ annul until you have 2 x free suffix. You need also 3 prefix so if you have free prefix just augment defence (if base is hubris). Craft cold res and augment cold -> guaranteed hypothermia.
