Been trying to sell my exalts and for some reason people can't whisper me, when I whisper them it says offline and when I give them psn it says does not exist. I dont understand this iv only traded on d2 b4 but I can chat in the global chat on poe and everything just fine any help please

Maybe you are giving them your account name instead of your character name?

Make sure to but "@" infront of the name you want to whisper ingame.

Also please make sure never (!!) to mention the words "jsp" or "fg" ingame, ppl might ignore/block you for doing so cuz grinding gear games considers JSP as illegal real money trade and thus might ban your account.

Took a look at your post history. There's no cross-whatever in PoE, try using this sub to trade instead.

Console can't play with pc, Xbox and play station are separate too
