Show me the most effective all around (move speed, damage, defense) build using the most unique items..

Can be MF build

All I want to see it do is map T16 without getting 1 shot... on a budget.

Any summoner build can do that.

What is your definition of "budget"? Yours and mine are probably at two opposite ends of the spectrum. I suggest using the official PoE forums as there are tons of budget builds listed there with PoBs, Guides, etc. If nothing else, zizarrian is also a good youtube channel for noob guides.

No one here is going to hold your hand better than the resources I've listed to get started. T16 is not that big of a deal.

Under 20ex? Clearly obtaining exalts is not a problem.. looking for most bang for the buck.

Was looking for 'build names'.. much like the ones found in the POE forums, but this forum, as you clearly do not know (Joined days ago...) can be much more helpful due to amount of active people.
