I wouldn't categorize this build as an easy starter, though its pretty solid and fun if you are willing to invest abit in it :P

check kami`s coc ice nova build, some important info there about breakpoints and stuff.
Be aware last breakpoint is alot harder to hit with the nerfs to attack speed.

There aren't any.

Cyclone as a skill is shit these days, after the 50th or so nerf ppl just gave up on it.
