in theory yes, in practice no meaning you *can* get rushed but it wont be nearly as fast as in d2, and after you do that, you have to level because you cant gain much xp if area lvl differs a lot from your char lvl. again the d2 chaos/baal trick of entering a massive xp map (untainted, poorjoys etc) wont work, too big xp cut

basically, get used to it. watch it from the bright side. game actually gets MORE boring later

Sure but at a cost. It is hard to find someone here at jsp and if you do will cost you about 20-30 fg per act.
There are also people who do it for ingame currency (few chaos) but the chance off getting scammed is very high.

But you're in act 7 its almost done. 1 or 2 hour max.

league ends in a couple days so dont bother until next league on the 15th
also you can often find public parties (probably not much this late in the league) that you can just kinda coast with if your character sucks and/or just grab essential waypoints to cut down on your running around time.
it sounds like you are new if you are struggling to get through the acts.. but I would recommend actually playing the game to learn it instead of rushing through. Most of the major boss mechanics you get to experience during the acts before facing the much harder variants in maps.

you can still rota breachstones at level 50-60 and get enough xp for it to be worth it, even with the reduced xp.

Just buy some items and run through the rest.

honestly I've found it pretty easy to get rushes in game... for some reason there is a lot of people who don't know how to make chaos and will rush, just say you'll pay them at last boss of each act or w/e
