Look the sign (devil) in the left corner, it’s a curse or debuf, and look the fire(purple) circles around the character..

Iam not talking about all the Black/Blue circles..

the red debuff is burning damage, which is to be expected since the character in the pic is using righteous fire...

Doesnt rf require you to burn to even work lol

If you use a remove burning flask, you turn off RF, the ammount of balls and Cold Degen on the floor is 1 of 2 options
1: to low dmg and the fight is taking so much time
2: just spamming then for troll reason.

the other effect, the blue one, is a Degen, more precisely cold degen on the floor.

If it drains Life+Mana, Maybe you have Mind over matter on your equipment or any other item that makes % dmg taken as mana.

both the icons in this photo are self applied and 'buffs'

but ya the fire icon is burning which that character does to itself on purpose and has built in defenses against it.
if burning damage is doing that much damage to you; you likely have serious build issues but yes a burning flask will help, also there is a pantheon that makes you immune to burning ground and take reduced fire damage you can try

the fire around the character is righteous fire (RF) and it is his skill - RF builds have enough life regen that their self imposed burning does not degen them.

wow theres so many of them you can pretty much see through shapers floor

depends on the build lol
if the fight takes too long you get flooded with that shit
