Vinderi gave me two of these, and I have no idea what to do with them. I dont craft much and have never done anything this big. Don't even know what I should potentially just sell them for as-is.

I play in a private league. So I am thinking the essence craft for spell dmg is really my best option if I wanted to craft these up, other option is to alt spam for chaos dot multi?

Overwhelmed at this point so looking for someone smart to provide some insight.

If you’re toxic rain, you can essence craft with Zeal. Or Alteration spam.
Looking for T1 DOT multi, attack speed, and open suffix (as a rare, not magic).
To achieve this, use suffix cannot change and scouring to remove prefixes and/or annuls if they in your favor.

Then you just finish with cannot roll attack, exalt slam for +1 gem, and multi mod chaos DOT and +2 support.

If you’re ED/C, you just alteration spam for T1 DOT multi and do the same to finish. You will have one suffix space open (no attack speed). Free to do w.e you want.

If you have fossils, it’s a bit different.
Not home to check the combination, but you can use craftofexile to check. If you lucky, you can get insane socketed gem level combos.

I think the method above is better tho. Fossils hard to come by and I haven’t had much success with them.
