my account is banned and the other account is locked..

maybe due to trading ..

anyone can help what to say to support of GGG?

in my experience they dont unban accounts but you can always ask for the reason. Pretty sure you lost that account
The locked account simply email them asking why they locked it

i tried it a couple of times but they never did it. Often they dont even give a specific reason, they will just say you broke their rules and and free to create a new account

pm them and ask for the reason, you got nothing to lose :blush: especially if you didnt cheat at all, it happens that they lock accounts by mistake :wacko: !
