Tibbs can reach rank 5 in demolition but for some reason he's capped at 100% exp and nothing happens. I tried doing rank 4 demo ilvl 83 heists, grand heists but nothing works. help please

Dunno but ive seen items for them that give + levels

pretty sure he can only lvl to 5 on brute force

oh maybe but I still have no clue how to reach rank 5 on any of my allies. its kinda frustrating cause I have a lot of blueprints with multiple wings waiting to be cleared and I cant find any info regarding leveling allies. this is fucking absurd

i havnt looked at all but supposedly their primary skill is the only one you can reach 5 with directly
there are also items for them that give +levels
someone said Grimro was doing up a video about them too so you might check there

it doesnt say how to level them up tho or does it and im too dumb

that just shows their max level, they get exp at the end of every successful heist, only 1 character per "class" can reach level 5, others can reach 3/4 max without gear.

tibbs maxes out rank 4 demolition, but you can get +1 on a gear piece to equal 5.
