The ones with light blue are all crafts, originally you can have 1 crafted mod per item but there is a craft mod that allows more than 1 in exhange for taking up 1 of the 6 possible mod slots

It's no longer possible to have more than 3 crafted mods

Item (and probably guide) is related to older version of poe, because in harvest you can't get 20% of elemental as extra chaos (8% is max).

Search guide for version 3.11, because passive tree is also probably outdated.

For starters try to get high increased spell damage + increased critical strike shance for spells + global critical strike multiplier.

As you get more currency, upgrade

crit chance for spells is applied to base critical strike chance of spell.

Look at glacial cascade gem, it says: Critical Strike Chance: 5%.

So 100% spell crit chance for spells on tree = 10% chance to crit with glacial cascade (5% (1 + 100/100)).

So, you need way more then 100% spell crit chance for crit build.
900% increased critical strike chance for spells would give you 50% chance to crit with glacial cascade - your every other hit would crit.

Some do, some don't.

Glacial cascade is a hit spell, so

increased Cold Damage is generic and works with all cold damage (spells, attacks, heralds...), so it would work
increased cold damage with attack skills works only for attacks, and would not work spell.
Increased melee physical damage would work only for melee attacks.
to Cold Damage over Time Multiplier would not work because gc is not damage over time spell like vortex or cold snap.

In general you have to read gem tag, glacial cacade is: speel, aoe, cold physical. So any spell or generic area, cold, physical or elemental damage would work.
Attack, melee, projectile, etc would not work.
