Has anyone played this and is it endgame viable at all?
I've always preferred self cast builds over melee or totems/mines/brands and freezing pulse gets a very nice threshold jewel that allows us to forego having to use GMP or other gems like it.
I was thinking of going crit assassin with this build but I was wondering how viable it would be without badge of the brotherhood since it is 50 ex currently. Again any advice would be cool as I'm sick of my current build but dont want to invest into something that is garbage
