i can't spawn the citidel to put the watch stones in, in certain areas.

no matter what color map i run, white,yellow, red it says the map is too low to spawn the conqueror. i've even ran t15 red maps in the zone still saying too low to spawn conqueror.

it says requires 2 watch stones to spawn the conqueror but there is no place to put 2 watch stones in that zone. i have more then 2 watch stones i just have no where to put them in that zone.

anyone know how to resolve this ?

Bring up your Atlas and socket them in.

when i pull up my atlas, in just the 2 zones, the thing to put the watch stones into, isn't there, its just not on the map at all.

see how many stones are needed to spawn conquer in area
run maps till you encouter one check atlas how many maps you need to get to citidel
when you run enuf maps in that area you will get to fight conquer

i can see that it says it requires 2 stones to spawn the conquer but in those zones the place to socket the watch stones isn't on the map, i cannot put 2 watch stones in that zone. There isn't anywhere to put the watch stones.

how is that a bad picture ? the picture is perfect ... it shows exactly what i wanted to show. The zone in tirn's end has no option to put watch stones in. The zone will never change to red/green/blue/yellow untill i can put watch stones in that zone, but i can't make the little circle to put the watch stones in appear. The picture shows exactly tirn's end with no option to put watch stones, the pictures is exactly what is needed.
