Sorry for the newb question but can someone confirm for me that for harvest crafting to work, the difference between an item and the seed has to be less or equal to 10?

I've been thinking of trying to craft an ilvl83 weapon and was wondering if lvl 73 seeds will work... or does it only work if the seed's level is higher (i.e lvl 83 seed for a lvl 73 weapon)?

if your item is i lvl 83 lvl 73 craft should work ... from how i understand it
