google dont tell me exactly what im after or im just not comprehending the gamepedia explanation
whats the max speed mod for rare

ring/sceptre/shield/amulet

trying to figure out if i should keep randomize caster mod in harvest

ok so maby im understanding it right
it says my rings are probably only gonna get 7 cast
my shield and amulet can get 13 , scepter might get 25 not sure if thats right tho

trying to max the cast out of my gear

13 max for scepter

it can only stay within it's same Tier Roll per category

ah ok then thanks for that , im not up on the crafting as i usually just buy new gear

alot of the time it's cheaper to just buy gear,
just keep checking poe.trade
sometimes you get really good deals

so if i was to harvest craft "remove caster" could i then add a caster of higher tier?

in theory yes, but obviously rng is involved etc

ok last question i hope

on my skull gyre ring , the cold damage to attacks and the increased cold damage are they both physical modifiers?

got remove random physical mod and dont wana risk losing the increased cold damage
