Using the same trees not including changes to jewels

Nerfs from 3.10:

- 16% decreased Chaos Damage
- 12% decreased Chaos Damage over Time Multiplier
- 19% decreased Damage over Time
- 1% decreased of Maximum Mana as Extra Maximum Energy Shield
- 12% decreased Spell Damage
- 4% decreased Cast Speed with Chaos Skills
- 8% decreased Spell Damage while holding a Shield

Buffs from 3.10:
- 12% increased Damage
- 3 increase to maximum Energy Shield
- 2% increased Chance to Block Spell Damage while holding a Shield
- 6% increased Cast Speed
- 1% increased Cast Speed while holding a Shield

I think it is safe to say that we got nerfed a fair bit for my ED/Cont Trickster starter (CI + Wand + Shield + SotL)

(Pain Attunement was used for Glancing Blows Kilova Passive, so that is now a couple more points available)

Was thinking about this as league starter, but I don´t think it´s worth it anymore. Still playable, but there are better options.

Have you looked into chaosslinger? I think some people like CuteDog will play with it. Tytykiller also made a progression video about it.

Im sure it works really well until yellow maps, but then single target will become an issue I think.

I'm still going it as a starter, after the first day or 2 I will play my main build. This hasnt gutted it completely and it still will be a great build to start with but is very clearly nerfed like all chaos builds will be.

Probably will just go life, MoM, Eldritch battery, Wicked ward, acro and phase acro instead of block ci for simplicity sake
