Anybody take a look at shackles of the wretched self double cursing w ele weak and conductivity?

Wanted to run a build w this item but it really just seems like it's meant for a targeted support for lightning chars

can i get a confirmation from someone that player resistances can sink below -60%

Pretty sure it can..ive seen ppl talking about the new 3.11 unique armor and going way below -60

Yeah this is what i assumed as well but a buddy of mine said something about it being capped at -60

why not just go in game and test it bro?

Just tested it on a naked standard character with no gear except gloves (but had Alira Quest)

Went from -45 to -70 with level 1 curse on hit and conductivity


Can confirm it's going to work

most likely one arc and one ball lightning

x2 mjolner for dominance

will get tempered by war and divine flesh so i take no lightning damage

aka i don't need to rely on stacking armour any longer

aka no downside to the chestpiece, can fire/cold/chaos res and prob go evasion like the scum i am
