I want to start 3.11 from first day, so what builds are cool amd cheap as starters? Summiner? Totem? Or other cyclone?

anything stormbrand/oos is pretty ezmode

usually ed/contagion goes well

totems goes ok i guess

Traps/Totems are easy mode, storm brand is very strong.

a lot will have to deal with patch notes too and what changes they make while murdering heralds

Ye i know about nerfs but i ask for SAFE and good starters before league will find out whats good/op build in league is availabe xd

Mines are stronger than traps and totems imo. They can be started quite cheap and if you like the playstyle you can scale them incredibly high with money.

This. Depends on playstyle you like. Totems and minions are brainless currency farmers from start. Minions right aways totems a bit later since you need gear, gem or ancestral bond to summon more then 1.
Before minion league i always started with a totem build to make currency for another more complicated build.
