Using a Nvidia GTX 1080

Can't run the game in full screen, its an eyesore.
Full screen adds 15% Grey Transparent layer ( no clue why, as I am the only person having this issue. )

Would like to run the game Full-Screen window, but the game auto-adjusts and suggests 3840x2035 (custom) resolution.
If im just leveling 1-65, its fine, even t1-3 maps its fine.

I start to die a lot on T1-3 maps when i use an alchemy on them.
Reason is due to FPS lag, only reason i can think of ( as i don't play on taxes or Washington servers )

Can anyone please recommend me a resolution size based on my tv size?
Everything i have tried seems to make it blurry, and im sure someone may have had the same problem and an easy fix.
Even if i take 3840x2035 , i guess i can try to divide that in half? ^ unless suggested easy fix idea?

Already tried changing desktop to 1080p,but just adds 50% black border to my tv screen view.

Changed desktop to 1920x1080p , then realized had to turn off ( economy ) settings on tv, to set the aspect ratio and fit screen ect.
Sharpness 1-20 , was at 10, turned down to a 9.. maybe an 8 later...
Nvidia settings was able to change Digital vibrance from 50 to 65% ( vivid to grey scale )

Deleted poe folder in documents, can't figure out why i cant get taskbar to show up while in-game even though i set to window-fullscreen.
window mode works, but then scales 1904x1001 . i guess i can adjust but just weird.

welp no lag now hope this helps everyone else.
