all depends on the build, but really doesnt start going until lvl 70+ when you finish the tutorial...i mean story

the builds are endless and pretty much a sandbox game...whether the build is good or not just depends on what you are doing.

starting with a guide for like techtonic slam or blade flurry or some type of jugg class build works best for new players until you get used to more of the mechanics in the end-game

Find any budget build, follow, min/max your build with progres at endgame mapping. And you will enjoy the game after you understand tree and builds.
