need herald stacking build, with around 150ex starting to get the char smooth and running

lol that's insane. I hardly have like 20ex into my char.

min maxing costs a lot more than that

You could do archmage Storm Brand. Requires less investment and you can more or less run through most maps hitting Brand Recall
