I recently returned to this game after 2 years quit, I already got from 1~100 on my COC ice nova, and really need something new to play, can someone give some advice?

What I want:
1. Character is in standard, and my budget is around 20~100ex for a start, and i might spend unlimited ex later on if i like it.
2. Needs to be VERY high in mobility, can map and lab very fast and kill map bosses with very little or no problem
3. The build should be something that doesnt stutter the game because of mandatory pieces like exploding chest or skills or whatever.
- It's not my computer, I am 9600k@5ghz+1080ti Aorus Xtreme, its just the game and its s****y engine


What I've already played/don't like/don't want:
1. any cyclone, i dont want to be a blender anymore...
2. bosser, this game's boss is already brain dead easy, i see no point of making a char for boss, I quit for 2 years I return i kill sirus lvl8 on first attempt and I don't remember what the uber elder fight is like I didn't even watch a vid or read a guide I just went in cold and killed it without dying... both boss with coc ice nova which is supposed to be a bad bosser....
3. Toxic rain, i played that build a bit, I just don't like it... feels VERY clunky... or I am playing it wrong

yeah i saw that one, and a few others, i think ill just play this if no one reccomends anything else to consider soon, i am so so bored, but this build looks slower than coc ice nova tbh, i can map in 30seconds, and if i want to pick up all maps and loots its 43~48secs, this looks significantly slower but damn i am bored right now

someone sent a pm about this build, and it looks smooth and as fast as coc ice nova, i think ill do this, but still open for advice and hate, thanks all.

hmm... yeah... maybe i should play deadeye tornado shot, but i heard thats a horrible map bosser, and i dont like leaving map boss behind

I'm making akanes ball lightning miner atm. I would search akane on youtube. Seems fun to me
