no nemesis boss on leauge and people get headhunter from boss -.-!

Where did you get this info?
I only saw people get it from Menagerie or Atzoal temple.

you can get league specific unique drops when you kill bosses from atlas awaken level.

awaken 8 = 8% chance to drop unique items which can be league specific.
