Anyone know if we can tank him as Cyclone ? (I'm Facebreaker Impale Cyclone Champ)

I've been thinking of using Voices and stack three of these notables since they're only available in small cluster jewel

For some reason, I managed to complete Delirium.
I got lucky when Kosis and Omniphobia spawned in Wave 17

But yeah, I still get one shot by either of them. I really got lucky trying to dodge their attacks.

E/ isnt facebreaker mainly a budget sort of thing? Surely you can upgrade to a better build now instead of minmaxing a facebreaker build, right?

yes, facebreaker doesn't have fastest clear but it is nuts more dmg on bosses.
