Hey guys, I am very new to crafting. I am trying to craft an armor with -# mana cost to socketed skills.

When trying to look it up, I seen 1 video that said you use primitive chaotic resonators to do it, I have used a few and haven't rolled it once yet.

I can't seem to find a solid answer online. Does anyone know if this is correct?

attacks have -15 mana cost got changed from a fossil mod to a warlord influence mod if that is the one youre looking for

can buy the base which has warlord influence, itll have the yellow symbol and glow, then try your luck to get the mod but im not sure how rare it is

also i think the item has to be item level 85 or higher to get it but not 100% on that

You can still get the -15 without influence on a chest, using serrated fossils.

He just needs to get the warlords base and use serrated. Or he can just buy the -15 mod since it’s not that rare.

Negative, u can roll it with serrated on an armor with no influence.

No you can't.

We've done away with all Fossil-exclusive mods except those found on Faceted, Bloodstained and Hollow Fossils, and moved a number of them to other sources. These mods can still be obtained through Fossil crafting, as long as the base item also fulfills the mod's requirements.

Body Armour: Socketed Attacks have -15 to Mana Cost (now from Warlord's Influence), x% increased Aura Effect on you (now from Redeemer's Influence).
