There was one that just opens up 3 open sockets, can those be used just for normal jewels? seems like a good option to me lol.

thats 7 passive points (2 of witch have shit like 4%increased mana) to gain 3 jewel sockets


you use to get things like 20intelect and 1 jewel slot, for 3passive points
now you have 2.66%increased mana+1jewel slot for 2.333passive point


the nice thing of it, it crushes peoples build, and they are forced to use braincells, since no build will be the same again, gj

7 instead of 9 points for 3 sockets jewels, still worth if a build can get tons of dps from those jewel slots.
also theres no limit so you can get 2 clusters of these on different sides.

ya normal jewels can be used aswell

I wonder how it will work for jewels like coated shrapnel, since normally jewel slots don't overlap. Will it give every node 2 or 3x of the affix? Or just 1? Could be potentially nutty for doomfletch builds since all the nodes are so close together.

the circle for coated sharple is pretty small, wont have too much overlap in there imo..

Maybe I'm mis-remembering the size of the clusters that those things make then. In my head they're super compact, but I'm probably wrong lol. And idk if it would also apply to the jewel slots themselves, making the jewels give other jewel slots the affix as well.

it does, but still they are floating off of your main tree
a normal coated sharple gets atleast 5-6 passive per jewel
if used on a triple socket it will prob only hit eachother and that is it.

Ah yeah thats not how I was picturing it in my head. Wouldn't even make sense anyways because you need to socket extension jewels in those to get the extra branches to exist

the new sap + brittle jewel seems pretty op imo, specially for a mine and trap build that uses skitterbot which should still apply chill and shock.
