I see a bunch of topics with people posting a link to their POB via pastebin, but whenever I try it tells me account has been locked due to breaking TOS, (posting links). I'm guessing people are using a 3rd party site to convert it to a not detectable pastebin link

Seems like you might have posted a link to another website in the past and are therefore locked of posting links.
No problem in posting pastebins unless you did some crap that restricts you now

Official PoE discord shares their build for fixing all the time so I think it should be okay.
