Hey guys I'm wondering if anyone knows if the affix/mod #% elemental penetration for example 7% lightning penetration on a wand has diminishing returns. With the new influence I noticed that there is a crusader mod that has this affix but I'm lot sure how to calculate the benefits to see if it provides more dps than other mods. I am using awakened lightning pen already in my main link so just need to know thanks

Get Path of Building, import your character and see what difference this particular mod makes. As a rule of thumb - penetration is most effective against bosses and less so against trash mobs.

Oh I do use pob but as far as I can tell it doesn't calculate penetration at least I cant find any way to do it
