ok so i have a 300k tooltip dual wield crits lacerate, all good but i keep dying to metamorphs often and certain map bosses. idk maybe melee just isnt the build for this league? gotta say im an idiot too so i might try to facetank shit while i shouldnt

i havent played melee since 2013 or so, guess im just bad at it. what are some good tactics/defense mechanisms? maybe do a whole different skill?

Duel wield sucks, go sword and board and use bleed.

what class are you doing? i started to level a lacerate berserker but char is too big, might do a gladiator instead

but i have two 540 dps swords and i love whirling blades
before respec i did a max dodge eva and i still died btw and damage was horrid

berserker atm. actually first time im doing leech since the vp nerfs and it doesnt feel good at all

whats ur pob boss dps?
usually the faster you dps the safer you are

also feel like zerker not that good for this league since you need those blitz and rage stacks for maximum dps
alot of pauses and phases in bosses will drop those buff and that is like a 200% less dps difference compared to a max bar zerker

i hope you are just a bad player then, because i dont have much to invest in mine due to still investing in my power siphon, i'll prob have a 350 dps sword to start, might aswell go for the saviour, it seems fun

thinking of going gladiator or scion (glad/raider) maybe
if i think about scion its only due to the char looking good, but im afraid itll be shit

Sell one of your 540 dps sword. Get a savior. Now your dmg is doubled. But if you’re having an issue with 500+ pdps swords, your build is trash. You can delete bosses with 300pdps + savior.
