Nope, more flat damage = bigger bleeds.

i havent touched poe in over a year, but isnt the max implicit for a steel ring 4-14 ? also back in the days a random elder ring with t1 life gain on hit/t1 life wasnt THAT expensive, i mean other mods arent that good...right ?

Back in the day an elder ring with trip res and t1 life with dual flat damage would have been mirrored O_o that was molten strike meta remember.
Every mod on it is good.
Catalysts increase damage.

well yes but no one mirrors a ring with double shit tier single res, and even all res isnt that necessary on a ring...im not trying to be mean but to me this looks like something around 1ex range
