Can someone reexplain to me the "Hit" mechanic? Isn't "Hit" a melee thing? Would BV work with this skill?

anything that hits applies. So anything that strikes the enemy.

So something like a curse or contagion wont work, but most anything else will when refering to a hit. Spells, melee, but unfortunately not minions for some reason because they dont do anything the same.

Id love me some curse on hit minions.

In short ggg doesnt know what the fuck its doing when discribing their own shit.

took me AWHILE to figure out that EE's tool tip says "when you hit" applies to totems too
and chieftain's "on hit applies ash" also applies to totems
