Ran over 100 + white maps and none of the new bosses spawn after my 4th watch stones and I even try all the new conners and different regions. It's not just me a lot of my other friends having the same problem and FU GGG, can't even fix this problem.

it's working fine, you are just doing it wrong

2524 es regen*1.9increased recovery = 4796es per sec
4796/2007 = 239%es per sec
