I'll be playing an arc trapper in metamorph as my starter and I'm curious about the following:

I'll be using a wand / wands. I'll have -16% elemental penetration from tree passives. I'm curious if crafting -ele pen or ele as extra chaos damage on my wand would be better. I will have other sources of ele as extra chaos damage from other sources.

could care less about pob, it's wrong most of the time anyways, just want an answer from someone who plays lightning skills frequently

It 100% depends on your build and numbers, and if pob is wrong for you most of the time then you are using it wrong.

just say you're lazy, it'll be more credible

literally the only answer you will get will be if someone goes ahead and puts what you want in PoB for you and spews out the numbers.
