My first poe ladder reset, is it like d2 were servers go down at 1pm and then its like 45mins to hour or sometimes more before live or is it normal rock and roll at 1! Thanks!

It starts when the countdown is done. Queue usually takes 5-15 mins

its pretty simple fam. when the timer runs out, queue starts dumpin ya'll nubs in game.
