Not true at all. They took away the % increased life on the gem and increased the cool down recovery of slam. Reduced area of effect of slam. That's a HUGE nerf for zombies. They are also making raise spectre required lvl 25 to get the third spectre. Anything they can do to hurt the little guys who like budget builds man.... every single league.

Zombies are just fine.
There's a minion life gem you just use from now on to compensate.

Spectres are a bit harder to get if you want 4, but still doable.

...and that's literally the change.

Played skelemancer this league and upcoming league as well.
Spectres dont need a 6 link so +2 helmet, +1 wand and +2 from unnatural strength and youre done.
And skellies are hardly touched. Only support gems minion damage and feeding frenzy a bit. Still insane damage on skellies.
proberly going for +2 gloves as well. Golem in gloves and spectres in helmet.
