So after briefly reading about the upcoming changes, can someone clear up what's coming to 3.9, I'm assuming the big changes like a new campaign is being released for 4.0. What about the new link system I'm thinking 4.0 but not sure

new atlas is 3.9
metamorph is 3.9
bow skills rework which is still not announced is 3.9

the rest is 4.0

That's what I figured but was just looking for confirmation

In the original post I even stated i thought the big changes were likely 4.0 like links and new campaign. So yes I did ASSUME that those were in that patch but I was looking for confirmation

theres a 3.9 3.10 3.11 and 3.12 before 4.0

no point in speculating between 3.9 and 4.0, multiple temp leagues will follow after 3.9 and before 4.0 ( will come in 2021 somewhere )
