Ensure you stay with +/- 5 levels maximum from the area you gonna exp. Otherwise you will only get few exp because game's quests scales on the character's experience all along the game.

there is nothing like "Uber trist" as you know from d2 bcuz of the level penalty when monsters are +/- 5 levels of yours

as stated above some areas with high density kind of making "powerleveling" possible ( aqueduct ) ... but only within certain limits ( leve 60-70 in this case )
