I know wands aren’t as good as a bow, but I see wands with +1 to all skills and then wands with +1 to chaos, can I get both on a wand?

I'd use fossils, more chance on chaos rolls

both are preffix and both are super rare so alt + regal is propably bad idea but with u have 20k alts and 500 regals u can try ^-^
