Found a inpulsa armor.. just wondering if there's any way to convert icicle mine to shock enemies & proc enemy explosions from inpulsa armor?.. i tried the armor but seems like the explosion mod only proc from active skills & Doesnt proc from mines.. mite have to switch my build.. any suggestions?

well you cant convert cold to lightning, but maybee convert to fire and use three dragons ?
