Do I need to wait until a gem is 20/20 before I corrupt it if I'm trying to get level 21, or can I corrupt a 1/20 and level it up to 21 if it goes up to 2/20?

the corruption raises the gem level by 1, it doesnt increase the max level to x/21, so it has a regular limit of 20 still but the corruption pushes it past that limit to 21

I figured as much, I just wanted to make sure I wasn't wasting my time the way I'm currently levelling them.

My other question is this. Since Cruel Ledge was removed from the game, is there anywhere tommyvv's builds can actually farm now?
