Breach, monolith, HOLY BALLS I GET DOWN FROM 60 FPS TO 1-5FPS

in my 80s on spectre summoner atm

breach is the only thing I've ever seen cause a noticable frame loss on this pc
I'm playing flicker strike and if I use it during a breach my frame rate drops like louis ck's career

not as bad as CoC discharge builds used to be but it's still life-threatening.
