I took a few months off from POE...didn't play legion, but I will likely play Blight TD. Anyway, I'm sure it's been discussed, but why the nerf to spell leech on WM? Any facts? I'm open to conjecture as well. I'll look on my own, but any solid source of mana leech for spells other than wasting a gem socket?

they said it was too op vs the costs of mana.

meanwhile it gutted spell casters in time for melee league..

and as far as a replacement source.. none that I am aware of. there is not even any mana leech on the skill tree.

Yea that's kind of what I was thinking...it's pretty crap when some of the melee buff is just a nerf to the alternative, at least in my opinion.
