46% resist + 9-10% of physical damage taken as corresponding elemental damage on a suffix is not that bad.
You just need to get the "rest" right

You can get some really nice 30move+ dodge/spell dodge boots as well as high phys% + non chaos as extra chaos damage weapon. Also some pretty nice life + life% jewelry, but yea it has to drop with other good mods too, but I've made probably 20 ex from the temple dodge boots alone this league.
