Budget ~50-80ex for non headhunter, non 5way farm

Mostly elder/shaper/delve boss/t15-16maps farm.

2x crafted foils - 460ish dps is about 15 - 20 ex each

They have range, attacks speed, and the passive bonuses from duel-wield is OP

2x foil, hits cant be evaded, jewel that gives 25% more crit chance and you are blind.
