Spamming 4-5 way emblem runs is more effective in my opinion. Got a few doctors from that, from stacked decks. (several hundreds opened)

Did 3k Burials this league with 65%iiq, found 2 doctors, got another from a stacked deck, bought the other 5.

I don't even know if I ran that many in my years of PoE...
